Dave, Erin and the employees of Northern Air Plumbing & Heating make it a point to do whatever is necessary to satisfy your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.
Northern Air Plumbing & Heating, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Dick and Sally Fenner. In 2005, the Fenners sold the company to one of their employees, Dave Rom, and his wife Erin. Northern Air began as a family-oriented business, and this has continued with Dave and Erin.
Our goals are to provide our customers with fast, friendly, and expert service. All of our plumbers and HVAC technicians are professional, courteous and highly trained. Please take a moment to get to know them by reading their short bios below.
Dave Rom: Dave is one of the owners of Northern Air Plumbing & Heating. He is a master plumber and HVAC technician. Dave is responsible for the field work.
Joe Bates: Joe is the other owner of Northern Air. Like Dave, he is also a master plumber and HVAC technician. Joe is our estimator and part-time service technician.
Kevin Ladd: Kevin is our HVAC Foreman.
Pat Robinson: Pat is a HVAC Journeyman and plumber apprentice.
Andrew Demenge: Andrew is a plumber apprentice.
Christian Rom: Christian is Dave’s son. He is an apprentice is both HVAC and plumbing.
Erin Rom: Erin is Dave’s wife and Christian’s mom. She’s one of our office staff. Erin specializes in fixtures for your home and office.
We are a licensed, bonded and insured friendly company. We uphold and defer to the Minnesota Plumbing & Building Codes and we also warranty our work for 1 year and stand behind everything that we do.
