Welcome to our company! We have a rich history that spans over several decades, starting with our founding in 1991 by Dick Fenner. Since then, we have changed ownership, with Dave Rom taking the reins in 2006, followed by Joe Bates in 2017.
Our primary focus is exceptional residential and light commercial service and replacement. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC services, ensuring your home or business is comfortable and optimally functioning.

Community involvement is a core value for us. We believe in giving back and supporting the local organizations that make our community thrive. We are proud to be associated with HOPE House, Aitkin Youth Center, Local Homeschool Co-ops, Cuyuna Range Youth Center, and Civil Air Patrol-Crow Wing.
We actively support local school sports teams and sponsor local events. We are also members of the Brainerd, Cuyuna, and Aitkin Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating our commitment to growth.
