In the fall of 2007, we built a new hunting cabin and Dave Rom of Northern Air Plumbing & Heating completed the work for us. We had electric in-floor hot water heat installed and a propane-fired gas furnace as a back-up. He also did all of the plumbing. We were very satisfied with the quality of his service and work. Since that time, we have had some service work done in our home. We had a power-vented hot-water heater and a basement lift pump replaced. Both of these times Dave quickly responded to our needs. When my water boiler went out, they were at my house the next day. Then the water pressure dropped on my boiler so I called them late at night to fix it and they were there within 20 minutes and there was no charge. Just a while ago we built our retirement home in Palisade, Minnesota. Northern Air Plumbing & Heating was recommended to us by the builder and other subcontractors. Northern Air bid and did our supply, waste (kitchen & bathrooms). We had them do our underground waste and furnish and install our dual fuel forced air system, air conditioning and our in-floor heat that was zoned. They gassed our appliances and in all cases were here when they said they'd be here. They performed their functions expertly and were friendly and easy to work and communicate with.
